Tribute to Pastor Gert Creamer: by Pastor Chris Naidoo

To: my Spiritual Father, Uncle Gert, my Best Friend, Prophet Creamer and partner in God's work:

I thank God for allowing us to journey together for the past 23 years in His kingdom. Truly, I can say God was in full control of our relationship and I thank Him for the major contribution Uncle Gert has made to the work of the ministry in Africa.

I thank God for the contribution Uncle Gert has made to many churches, leaders and communities through Hope of Africa Foundation of which he was a Spiritual Advisor.

I thank God for the prophetic input Uncle Gert made to my life, our family and the members of various congregations, especially the Church of Restoration (Cape Town).

I thank God for the wonderful fellowship I shared with Uncle Gert and the tremendous inspiration he has been. He always livened up the conversations wherever we went and was never afraid of confrontation or to speak his mind. Even when he ministered, he said it as it is, as God would reveal to him.

Uncle Gert had a good appetite, he especially loved his chicken and it was always a pleasure to care for him.

I will never forget Uncle Gert and I know the seeds that he sowed over these many years will produce a great harvest of righteousness for the kingdom.

He will always occupy a special place in our lives, as everyone loves him so much.

Uncle Gert is resting from his labor and his greatest desire is fulfilled, to be in the presence of Almighty God forever and ever.

"And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from henceforth, Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labors, and their works do follow them."

Revelation 14 v 13

Until we meet again.
